What's Equal Housing Opportunity Mean, Anyway?

This means that you can expect equal, professional service, no discriminatory limitations on locations, prices, or types of housing, reasonable accommodations in rules, practices and procedures for persons with disabilities, and to be free from harassment or intimidation for exercising your fair housing rights.

In Nevada, NRS 118 provides protection against discrimination based on race, religious creed, color, national origin, disability, ancestry, familial status or sex.
