CB Best Sellers uses a multi-faceted approach to attract them, including yard signs, our web site www.rentals-now.com, a prominent weekly newspaper ad, and a weekly flyer that is distributed to dozens of real estate offices and other locations in the area.

We meet with all prospective tenants, and personally show them the property. We never give out a key. If they’re interested in the property, then we run their application, checking credit, rental, employment, income, and background. All tenants must meet certain requirements before they are approved.

While your property is rented, we do more than collect the rent. We maintain all the required trust accounts, issue monthly cash flow and ledger statements, yearly reports and 1099’s. We handle repair calls seven days a week. If late fees or non-sufficient funds fees are due, we get them for you. If evictions need to be performed, we do them for you. We’ll even represent you in small claims court. We perform property inspections, and arrange for scheduled maintenance.

We don’t charge a fee- except for a $35.00 account set up charge- until your property is rented. Marketing your property is always free.

Finally, CB Best Sellers is here, right where you need us. We have two locations, in Carson City and Dayton. We don’t accept properties out of our area, because we would have to compromise our level of service-that’s something we won’t do.
